Is there a way to Generate random numbers using "Custom IL" such as Random() function in C#?

The Custom IL shape lets you simply hand-write the IL behind any of the available shapes. There is no special constructs available in Custom IL.

For the random number generation what I would do is create an external DLL (using a C# project) which will contain a class with a public static method that returns a random number.

You can then connect that DLL via External Reference in Graphite Studio and be able to call the method anywhere you need a random number.
